How do I get around in and use the mosaic?

How do I add ideas or goals?

Right click on the mosaic, and choose from the context menu.

Navigating

To get around the mosaic, you can:

• Use the fuzzy finder, with Cmd+K
• Click and drag on the background grid, to pan
• Use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out, or use pinch if on a trackpad or touch screen.
• Use cursor keys to move the selected box.
• Use Alt + cursor keys to move quickly within groups of ideas, or between groups of ideas.

Selection

To select multiple notes, click and drag on the background with Cmd held down (or the Windows key).

To add to your existing selection, click and drag with Cmd+Shift.

Operating on selected notes

Once you have notes selected, you can:

• Set all their colours at once, by right clicking and choosing from the context menu.
• Delete them all, by right clicking and choosing from the context menu.
• Move them all around at once, by dragging them around. (NB if they cannot be placed at the target location due to a conflict, they will snap back to where they where).
